At the first meeting
between BESTSouth and Southern United Fire Insurance Company I could
tell that a real relationship between the customer and vendor was
going to develop. Here was a company that came across as really
interested in helping us get a handle on our telecom expenditures.
BESTSouth asked questions like any other vendor but then they did
something unique, they listened to the response and in that
simple action, BESTSouth was able to find the real answers to
our problems.
In a subsequent meeting, where BESTSouth presented Southern United
with a proposal that showed monthly savings in the range of
tens of thousands of dollars each month, I was a little skeptical. |
I
thought to myself “there must be
some catch; we must be cutting
service somewhere.” But that was not
the case. In reality, BESTSouth was
actually proposing to increase our
feature pack.
I have worked on many service cutovers in the past. This was one of
the biggest consisting of three distinct phases. I have never
worked with such a well coordinated group as I worked with on the
BESTSouth managed cutovers. Both Ramona and Mike were on top
of all aspects of the cuts. These three cuts were the smoothest cuts I
have ever been involved in. I would never consider making a service
change again with out involving BESTSouth.
The relationship has not ended with the installation of the services.
Mike and Ramona have continued to stay in touch and to let us know
that we are a valued customer. Ramona has helped resolve an
outstanding bill dispute that has resulted in a huge refund from a
vendor we no longer use. BESTSouth has continued its great service by
reviewing our monthly bills to make sure we are not being overcharged.
I would recommend BESTSouth to any company who spends more that
a few hundred per month for telecom services. |
